The Christmas season officially starts for me on the day after Thanksgiving. Does it seem to everyone else that the stores put out Christmas stuff earlier each year? Anyway, we put up our Christmas tree on Friday morning, since Keith was off of work. The boys had a lot of fun.




My dad was supposed to come here for Thanksgiving, but work obligations kept him away this time. He contemplated quitting his job on Wednesday and then going back on Monday to get his job back...but he decided against it. :) We were all disappointed that he couldn't make it. Keith's mom and stepdad came to visit on Saturday. They made great time getting here and we had a great time with them. Bearing gifts and lots of hugs and kisses, a visit with Meemaw and Pop Pop really excited the boys. It was a really nice time and Keith and I got out by ourselves and did some Christmas shopping for the boys. Keith's mom brought a little Christmas tree for the boys and even brought some ornaments that belonged to their great-great grandmother. How neat is that? The boys decorated their Christmas tree and played with their toys from their Meemaw.
